This Privacy Policy explains how SitePuls handles data when you use our website and mobile application. It covers account registration, monitoring data, team/company features, notifications, billing-related flows, and support communication.

1. Scope

This policy applies to SitePuls services provided through the web application and the SitePuls Android app. By using SitePuls, you agree to this data handling approach together with our Terms of Service.

2. Data We Process

  • Account data: email, password hash, email confirmation status, preferred language, and profile fields you provide.
  • Company/team data: company name/type, membership and role data (such as OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER), and invitations.
  • Monitoring data: monitor targets/settings, check results, uptime/downtime history, incidents, and status-page configuration.
  • Alert/contact data: email alert contacts and Telegram integration identifiers needed to deliver notifications.
  • Billing-related data: selected plan, billing status fields, and checkout/redirect metadata required to complete purchases.
  • Technical usage data: service logs and request metadata needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. Why We Process Data

  • To create and secure user accounts and authenticate users.
  • To run monitoring checks, detect incidents, and display monitoring results.
  • To send product notifications (email/Telegram), including incident and account-related messages.
  • To enable company/team access control and role-based visibility.
  • To process subscriptions and provide billing support.
  • To improve stability and protect SitePuls from abuse and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

SitePuls uses third-party infrastructure and service providers (for example email delivery, hosting, payment checkout, and Telegram messaging integration) only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide SitePuls, maintain security/audit records, and meet legal obligations. Monitoring history and logs may be retained according to operational retention settings. You can request account/data deletion by contacting support.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own credentials and devices.

7. Children

SitePuls is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove the data when appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of SitePuls after updates means the updated policy applies.
