Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account — email, password and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. SitePuls will not be liable for damages resulting from failure to secure your account. You must not use SitePuls in a misleading or unlawful manner.

By using SitePuls you agree to: provide valid user data; not use the service for illegal or abusive activity; secure your account credentials; maintain only a single account. SitePuls reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

SitePuls automatically checks monitors defined by you at regular intervals and notifies you when downtime is detected. Monitoring methods include: HTTP(s), SSL, Domain expiry, Ping, Port (TCP), Keyword, DNS and Heartbeat (cron job) monitoring. Optional paid plans provide faster check intervals and more monitors.

The Free plan is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use without a subscription violates these terms and may result in account suspension. Non-profit organizations and open-source projects may contact us for a sponsored subscription.

Paid plan fees are charged on a pre-paid basis on the day you subscribe. You may withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not commenced use of paid features. After the withdrawal period, prepaid fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Upon receipt of payment, services are activated within minutes. The service is deemed delivered upon activation of the new plan features in your account.

This Agreement does not transfer any SitePuls intellectual property to you. All rights, titles and interests remain solely with SitePuls. Your use of the service grants no right to reproduce or use SitePuls trademarks, logos or code.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide advance notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continuing to use SitePuls after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

SitePuls may terminate your access at any time with or without cause or notice. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and liability limitations.

The service is provided 'as is'. SitePuls disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event will SitePuls be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. SitePuls has no liability for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any portion of SitePuls without explicit written consent. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

SitePuls processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. The service is not directed at persons under 16. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal data.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved through appropriate legal jurisdiction. If any provision is found invalid, remaining terms remain in full effect.
